bloating everyday
I can wake up in the morning feeling great, and I feel like I look good. Then I eat a small breakfast and start working out withh my water. Then half way through my cardio workout I am so crazy bloated I look about 5 months pregnant. Does anyone else have this problem and are there any ways to help this.

eating back calories
This seems very strange to me. I don't understand why you would eat back calories that you are burning off? Isn't the point of burning off calories to loose weight? And the more calories you eat the more weight you gain? I obviously am no expert at this and have only been doing this for a few weeks with only loosing 4…

weight loss and toning at the same time
I am currently 160lbs and 5'6". I am looking to loose around 30 pounds as I carry most of my weight in my tummy and hips. Should I be doing something other than my cardio and calorie counting to help me fix these problem areas?

discouraged with no results
Started doing Zumba and mfp a little over a week ago now. I have been under my calorie goal of 1200 since I started and have been doing the Zumba cardio every day, if not every other day. I feel like I should see some weight loss by now and haven't at all.
