Hi everyone, I started the 30 day shred at the end of Feb, currently in the middle of level 2. Thought I'd join this group to see how others are handling it and offer some support and vice versa. I'm 23, 5'3, and currently 147.2 lbs. When I started the shred I weighed in at about 151. Looking forward to level 3! - Andy

Plateau?
I've been the same weight for almost two weeks now - I had my TOTM last week, which raised my weight but after which it dropped back down to 148.6 -- I'm hoping by friday I will see some change as that will be the two week mark. What do you guys think? (I decreased my exercise a bit during TOTM), and I average about 1200…

Does this include push-ups, crunches, etc, in addition to lifting weights?

Weight Training - Beg
I've recently started weight training. Any advice for what I should be doing? Currently I've done this routine 4x a week: 3 sets of 10 reps at 15 lbs for 5 different arm positions (150 reps in total per session) (I have not yet incorporated any leg exercises) Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

30 Day Shred
I've just ordered Jillian's 30 day shred -- looking for some pals who are on the program or considering starting up again! Eating back exercise cals
Just curious, from what I have seen it is important to eat back your exercise calories - but I find myself having trouble doing this! I'm currently on 1200 cal per day, but it is difficult for me to get up to even around 1000 per day. Before joining MFP I was averaging about 600 cal a day -- Any advice on eating ex cals or…
