Working out and gaining!
Looking for input not sure what is going on!! A friend of mine and I are doing the same workouts. We both wear HRM so we know how many calories we are burning. I measure all my food!!! we lift 4 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week. but we both have gained 3-4 lbs in the last 4 weeks!! Any ideas on what we should do…

Hurt knee
So I hurt my knee doing 30DS and it is still giving me fits. I need some ideas that are not going to kill me. I can walk but not for that long. Have any of you have trouble with your knees doing kickboxing?

wake up in middle of night hungry
For some reason the last week I have been waking up around 1 am hungry. So hungry that I cant go back to sleep. I have tried drinking water but it just come back about a hour later. I don't eat after 9. What other ideas u guys have?
