Polar RS100 heart rate monitor
I've been using this HRM for a couple of weeks and today when I hit start it was calculating my starting heart rate in the 50s and even at the most intense part of my workout it was only reading in the 80s. Normally it starts in the 70s and and gets up in the 150s. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Am I eating too little?
I am currently working with 1200 calories per day, but I also go to the gym every day and average about 800 calories burned per workout. Because of my workouts I defintely eat more than 1200 calories, but when I am finished logging everything each day I end up with a couple hundred calories left over. Should I try to…
