I just started training for my half marathon today... I have a 6 week old that I am currently breastfeeding... Anyone have any tips to keep supply up while I train? What foods should I avoid/intake? Any advice?

Food for thought...
I'm not saying you have to get rid of dairy completely but it is something you should think about.. .A friend of ours cut out dairy products for a full week and felt 10x better and lost 9 lbs... it could be one of the many reasons ppl have headaches, feel sick all the time...…

Exercise calories, should I eat them all?
I have been exercising like a crazy woman, burning between 600-1000 calories a day. My daily calorie intake is 1,200. Should I consume the extra calories I have burned during exercise or does that not matter? In the past week I have tried to stay at exactly 1,200 regardless of how many calories I've burned during exercise…
