I have NEVER done this before so take it easy on me ;) I have been at this weight loss journey since Jan 13 of this year. With proper nutrition and a ton of exercise I am proud to say that I have lost 20lbs in 2 1/2 months.. the HEALTHY WAY! no diet pills, no miracle diet.. just hard work and plenty of water!

I am in the middle of my progress and wanted to share my results.. If I can do it then there is no excuse... you CAN too!

    Mel, It is hard work and it is so rewarding to see those results.. Keep it up! Dont focus on outward appearacne only but know you are getting healthier each day and pronlonging your life. Nice work!!

    I started at 178 and I am currently 158. I also took measurements at the beginning but I have to have someone help so just waiting on the extra hand :)
