Share your workout routines
Any of you who workout at home would be willing to share your routine with me? I can't afford the gym and have been using the Jetfit app and walking 10k steps per day. Need some ideas for other at home things to do.

Anemia, almost 5 years post VSG
Has anyone else who's had VSG dealt with anemia later on? My Ferritin was 5 a month ago, and hemoglobin has fallen from 13.3 to 11.2 in a month's time.. I'm on 325 mg a day of iron supplements and am focusing on better nutrition... any thoughts/experiences/suggestions? Appears to be due to heavy/unusual cycles; I'm 36

Calories/Carbs/Protein
For those of you that are out of the honeymoon phase, what are your daily goals for calories/carbs/protein? How much exercise do you average on a daily basis, and what do you do? Struggling to prevent regain and looking for suggestions from others in the same boat. I was sleeved 4/26/2012.

Is it possible to gain 4 lbs in one day? Period related water weight maybe? or actual weight?

HASFit
Has anyone used the 30 day workout plans on HASfit.com? I'm a total noob that's lost all the weight they can without serious muscle building. I've lost 111 pounds after having weight loss surgery, and did nothing but walk.. no strength training. I cannot afford a gym or personal trainer

Goals
So, if you have met your daily protein goal, do you ever allow yourself to go over your calorie goal as long as your carbs are in line? I try to stay under 50 carbs a day and at least 90 grams of protein. I've been shooting for 1000 calories, but have found that even though I'm within my carb/protein goal, if I exercise…
