Eating 3 meals a day?
I'm concern about how many meal a day should i eat? i usually only eat breakfast and lunch, i dont eat after 7. What i'm basically trying to ask is how many meal a day should someone on a diet eat. i would eat like for example cheerios with milk,an egg or two. then i would eat for lunch chicken and broccoli and that is it.…

Calories you work-off?
My goal of calories to intake is 1500 a day.today i did 30min of areboics-low impact. i type that in my workout diary and it said i lost 232 cal. Basically what i'm tyring to say is that i didnot eat that calorie back because i dont know if its accurate.i only ate 1200 cal.i was wondering will that affect anything. ALSO…
