I found this amazing work-out site. Maybe some people already have it but i just wanted to share to those who dont know about it.
they allowed you to see 1-5min workout video with great workout on a free-membership.
i've been using thier ab's at home workout video( its a 22min free ab workout video on the main page when you become a member) it is amazing,i have seen amazing change in my waist and ab's.
