Where does it hurt when you squat?
I've been doing the 30 day squat challenge and i'm onto day 5. I have noticed now that my lower back (towards the sides) are getting sore while doing them. Am i going to low or something? Is this normal? Do you get this or another pain?

Flat pancake bums?
Having a small butt isn't such a good thing when it comes to fitting clothing.. I have started doing squats as per of this 30 day challenge i heard of and i also run 5 times a week. Has anyone got any results of their journey to getting a more lifted perkier butt? :) Here's mine currently.. I hope this link works…

Im trying to find out how many calories I would burn in an average run pushing the kids. Does anyone know of any calculators I could use online for this? Thanks :)

I use to use mapmyrun. I switched to Strava but the GPS cuts out and doesnt log my entire run. Does anyone else have this problem?
