Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone is following this diet while exercising? I have found this diet extremely helpful in my weight loss however I'm trying to exercise to tone up now and get some general fitness in. But i find a need to eat more food because of it. When you look at the calories point of view if I'm doing a 30 - 40 min run and burning around 400 calories, I've only eaten 144 (porridge) before i start so then i feel dizzy and hungry when i get home. Any advice? Thanks

I would stop bothering with that kind of diet. On her website she says that someone in "Phase 1" of her "diet" lost 17 pounds in 5 days as though that is somehow healthy or good in any way. That's a dangerous amount of weight to lose in 5 days and it certainly could not all be fat. Just use MFP to count your calories and eat sensibly. Try to stay within your calories and within your macros for carbs, fat, and saturated fat. If it's not enough food, reduce the weekly goal by 0.5 pounds until you are eating enough food to feel good. Don't give someone like that money to tell you what to eat. Calorie counting works and with MFP, it's free.
