Sounds disgusting, but...

Why am I so lazy?
It's no secret why I don't get as much exercise as I should. I'm lazy! I use my 50-55 hour work week as an excuse to go home and veg out instead of going for a walk. I drank an insane amount of iced black coffee with a few Splendas at work yesterday and I didn't want to eat anything at all after I did this.
