Maybe this is just me and probably it is, but I love steamed asparagus and have it with dinner about 3 times weekly. One side of my body seems more dominant. Just me?
When working out, especially when heavy lifting, my left shoulder and arm seem stronger, musclier (if that's even a word), and bigger than my right side. I ensure my form stays perfect while lifting. Even at rest the left side seems a bit bigger. Anyone else experience this?

I need a woman's help about my wife's birthday.
My wife's birthday is coming up. She hates going to the gym and would rather exercise at home. I prefer the gym. She uses our treadmill at home but gets bored with it. Ever get caught Flexing in mirror by your s/o? Tell!
Believe me, I am still not much to look at but am getting there. I was getting ready for bed standing in front of the bathroom mirror flexing for all I was worth when I turned around and saw my wife giggling her butt off! She said the best part was how red my face got when I was "flexing hard"!
