In a food rut- need ideas
I've hit a wall. I meal prep on Sundays for the week and I've noticed lately that I don't want to eat my meals. I'll either only have a protein shake or go off plan completely and order fast food. Any ideas on what I can do to get me back on track and loving my meals? Any ideas on delicious meals to make for the week?

TNT at Sport & Health Gyms?
Hi, I just joined Sport & Health gym in the DC area and signed up for TNT sessions. Has anyone done them? Are they super hard? I am at beginning fitness levels and I am super worried about not being able to do them. Any feedback is much appreciated.

Hi All- I just got my FitBit in the mail and I have to say I LOVE it! My only concern is that it doesn't record my sleep. Anyone else have a similar problem with the device?
