TNT at Sport & Health Gyms?

Hi,
I just joined Sport & Health gym in the DC area and signed up for TNT sessions. Has anyone done them? Are they super hard? I am at beginning fitness levels and I am super worried about not being able to do them. Any feedback is much appreciated.
