does any one else feel guilty if they feel full?
Lately I've started feeling guilty if I eat till I'm full, and feel very panicky like I'm going to gain weight back.I'm fine eating until I'm not hungry any more, but any more than that and I start feeling very uncomfortable. Does anyone else get this? Is it quite a normal way to feel after losing weight?

How many kcals are in airplane food?
Just the basic dinner they give you in the little container. Usualy something like: Mash, 2 sausages, beans and some veg. With a small cake snack, 2 crackers, bread roll, and orange juice.

De-bloat and flatten in one week?
Hey, I'm off on holiday next friday and wondered if anyone had any tips on how to get rid of any "bloat" and how to get my stomach as flat as possible by then.
