hi, i just started using my HRM again and notice the big difference between the calories shown(exercise) on MFP and the HRM...anyone else notice this??

100 days
today is my 100rd day of logging in..........WOW!!!!!...i started this journey in august of 2010 and went through until january 2011, when i fell off the wagon....i reconnect with MFP in late may of this year....it has been different than last time, the weight after the first month came off .5lb to 1lb every week...this…

MAKE UP AT THE GYM!!???
i see so many woman at the the gym that are wearing make up(and it's in the morning, so they havent come in from work) ...i dont get it...i sweat so much that i have to change t shirts a couple of times.....i find this sooooooooooooo annoying!!!has anyone else experience this???

NOT LOSING WEIGHT !!!!
HELP!!!not losing.... are we suppose to eat the calories we earned from our exercises....i walk 4-6 miles 4 days a wk, 2 spinning classes, 2 weight training sessions,im active but im not losing weight...HELP please
