100 days

today is my 100rd day of logging in..........WOW!!!!!...i started this journey in august of 2010 and went through until january 2011, when i fell off the wagon....i reconnect with MFP in late may of this year....it has been different than last time, the weight after the first month came off .5lb to 1lb every week...this time its a very SLOW process...i have been lossing inches, though....there's a difference that i have notice this time around.....i have had a couple of days that i have been over, with one of them being a day that i over ate by more than 1000 calories, previously i would have just eaten and not logged , but this time i loggged every bite i put in my mouth and at the end of the day seeing that red huge number, just made me stop and say enough ...lets stop this.....i have joined a challenge that starts september 1st, which focuses mainly on food (i think that it will help).....here's to another 100 days of logging....good luck to all :flowerforyou:
