how many calories do you consume?
Wondering how you guys calculate how many cal a day you eat. Mfp tells me I should eat a low number, my trainer says between 1500-1700 and doing the BMR method it tells me to eat 2165 ish. Thoughts? i've lost 25, need to lose another 50.

I'm getting slightly bored and need to mix things up. I go to the gym about 6 days a week- usually 2 with a trainer and then I take 2 classes and usually do cardio and weights. need help with oatmeal recipies
Hi Guys, I need to start having oatmeal everyday so I'm wondering what you recommend. My post work out meal has to include 3/4 cup of oatmeal and 1 and 1/2 scoops of protein powder and a cup of fruit so i'm looking for ways to mix it up. I'm not a fan of mushy or runny...so help me out! Thanks =)

I find that some days I do the same amount of a work out in the same amount of time..and the HRM says I burn different calories.
