I was looking at all the posts and the before and after transformations and I have to say I am so impressed and in awe of everyone..it is amazing to see so many people take charge of their life and move in a better direction
I started at the gym the first of august after getting out of a 2 year relationship and having to move back home and realized that my life was not where i wanted it to be and i had no passion, no drive, nothing i liked to do. I was miserable and didnt know what to do but needed a change. So I joined the gym and got a trainer. This alone was a major step for me because ive always had some social anxiety and a fear of being judged.
I started out slow..one day at the gym with the trainer and then two times a week..and then two times a week and a class. Its been almost four months and the last two weeks im now going 6 days a week. Two with the trainer, as many classes as i can fit in, and some by myself. The weight loss will come, the muscle is building, and the inches are going, but i have to say im most thankful at this moment for the desire to be better. I didnt go to the gym today and im itching to go..im actually disappointed when i dont get to go to a class. Loving the feeling of that

You should not use "only" and "lost 15" in the same sentence.
Congrats on your progress. Carry on.0 -
exercise will free your mind as well as make your body look great :-) congratulations on taking the right initiative when there are so many bad choices that you could have easily made0
