I keep my calories at about 1200 sometimes a little less because most of my calories are fruit, vegetables, yogurt, and fish. I joined a gym about a month ago and I have been going faithfully about 3-5 days a week, doing 20-30 minutes of cardio and a few minutes of strength training.
