Looking for a good Yoga DVD
Can anyone recommend a good Yoga DVD? I'm looking for one that's more Hatha style - holding poses to stretch and build flexibility and endurance. My plan is to do Jillian Michaels DVDs (Body Revolution) 4x/wk and Yoga 2x/wk with cardio on the days that I do Yoga. Ideally I'd like the Yoga workouts to be 45-60 minutes long.
