How many grams of carbs to lose belly fat?
Hi! I have readjusted my numbers to eat 35% carbs (105g), 35% protein (105g), and 30% fat (40g) since I really want to reduce belly fat! However, after reading several online articles looks like I should be eating less than 70 grams of carbs/day. Is that right? What is working for you guys?
