OK, Got the BMR, TDEE, Cut, etc... now what?
BMR = 1319 Calories (based on BMR x 1.55, moderately active) = 2,044.45 TDEE = 2265 Cut = 1,925.25 So how many calories should I be eating? I was shooting for 1200 and not quite getting there, and everyone seems to agree that's not enough calories.
