Random - calories burned doing stuff

I'm wondering if anyone could venture a guess, along the lines of guessing how many jellybeans are in a glass jar, how many calories did I burn yesterday... here's how my day went in excruciating detail:
1. swiffered, vacuumed and mopped all floor areas in a 3000 sf house
2. cleaned master bathroom - sinks, shower/tub, toilet inside and out, doors, door handles, cabinet faces, every surface, even every dusty perfume bottle.
3. 8 - 10 loads of laundry washed, dried, folded, put away.
4. dusted & cleaned all furniture (only two rooms in the house are furnished, the bedroom and dining area) even bleached a white lamp shade that had spots on it.
5. ripped up carpeting, padding, and tack strips in a hallway spanning 3 bedrooms and a bathroom in length - I was literally dripping sweat, not sure how long it took me. I'm guessing an hour? I left the carpet inside the 3 bedrooms, so there was lots of hacking with a cutting tool to separate the carpeting that was sticking out into the hallway.
6. Hauled carpet and padding and tack strips out to the garbage.
7. Cleaned out the fridge - threw stuff out, and cleaned inside & out with soap & water.
I think that's it. I spent a total of about 6 hours without stopping to rest. I maintained the intention of doing my treadmill and step exercises after I finished all of that, but I was literally so exhausted and sore I could not move. I wish I could figure out how my heart rate monitor works, I have a feeling it is designed to measure stuff like this, is it not???
