Hungrier after lifting weights?
I do cardio 5 to 6 days a week. I take a weight lifting class, "Body Pump", only once a week on Tuesdays. Today I am finding it very hard to stick to my calories and I noticed I had a peak in calories last Tuesday as well. When to weigh
Do you all think it's so important to just weigh once a week? I am honestly seeing a 4 lb flunctuation throughout a one week period. I am so tempted to record that lowest weight when I see it but I'm trying so hard to wait for that 7 day mark. What is your opinion?
