one month results?
i just wanted to see what everyones one month results are. I just started but my problem is i loss motivation after two weeks. I was hoping to see everyones one month results and help keep that motivation up for me =) Good job in advance =) and thanks for the input =)

I had a freind tell me that my butt is looking tighter. Lol I guess thats something we all want to hear.I def. made me happy concidering i have a good amount of weight to lose, so that def. was a great keep it going motivator for me =) =) =) Have a great day everyone!!!!
