I dont or should I say cant eat breakfst makes me heave to be honest, im down on my goal cals sometimes just a few sometimes more but im not the only one who is eating below their goal and most by a lot more than me so why is it so important that I eat breakfast surely its daily intake not when you eat it, peeps keep…

why eat cls burnt off
something I really cant get my head around, I line dance, have done for roughly 8 years, I linedance not particularly for exercise but cos I love it and my linedance friends, howerver when I linedance I burn cals which to me is a bonus, My question is why after making an effort to burn cals are we supposed to stuff them…

should I add housework
noticed a lot of ppeeps add things like housework as exercise, whats you opinions on this as personally I dont add this as as a mum/housewife I JUST THINK OF IT AS PART OF MY DAILY ROUTINE, I do add my linedancing as thats what I think of as my own personal exercise
