I need a DVD that I can workout to - a dance or aerobic DVD - no weights - would prefer cardio right now for a few months. I don't have much room in the room I would use it in. I am a beginner. Suggestions?

Adjusting Calorie Intake on MFP
Quick question (maybe a stupid question?): If I've lost 11 lbs so far, should my calories be adjusted down some? I mean, I am still at 1910 calories, but instead of 1 lb a week, now it says at this level I will lose .9 lb a week. Shouldn't it adjust down with weight loss, and how do I do it? I am new here (less than 1 month) and having a lot of success. I am currently set at 1910 calories to lose 1# a week. I have lost 8 so far. I am eating 3 meals a day, with some snacks, not always.
