I have consecutively logged in for 125 Days in a row. Kind of an accomplishment :-) Problem… at the end of this month I have business fishing trip in very remote Canada… like 25 hour drive then take a puddle jump plane to fishing spot. There is no internet or even cell phone towers… So no communication for a week... Not…

Hooray!!!.. I am OVERWEIGHT!!!!!
On January 2 I started my “journey” at 282 Lbs. At 6’2” that put my BMI at 36.2 and OBESE. My last weight in was 228 Lbs = 29.3 BMI… So I am now just OVERWEIGHT (and no longer OBESE). Next step… “Normal” :happy:

Progress after 40 Days on MFP
6' - 2" Male 1/2/12 - 282 (but I know I have been over 300Lbs) 2/24 SW (on MFP)-272 3/2 - 259 3/9 - 256 3/16 - 246 3/23 - 242 3/30 - 238 4/6 - ? Hopefully 235... But I am at the point that I always hit the wall, so we will see. 12/25 - GW - 205 So far... So good

Help in China
I'm a newbie to MFP but am determined to stick it out. My first major challenge will come next week as I travel to China for work. Airplane food... wine at lunch... rice... Any advice for keeping focused?
