Time to get serious... AGAIN!!!

OK...
I have been on the road for the past couple weeks (Canada & Florida).
I still log in everyday, but have been slacking on logging food and exercise. I have some more travel coming up, but can’t use that as an excuse and need to re-focus.
I weighed 282# on Jan 2 and started MFP on 2/24/12.
I have since lost 69#. I logged everything and was cruising. I stalled out a month or so ago and am now floating around 215-220 range.
My original goal was 205 by 12/25. After the first 2 months that seemed very reasonable and I even wanted to adjust that down to 182 by 1/2/13 (that would be an even 100 Lbs. in exactly 1 year).
So I guess the reason for this post is to put it out there… I have found the public aspect of MFP to be a great motivator.
I will now get my head back in the game and focus on my health. I am back and ready to kick butt….
I will see you on the other side of 200… I know I can get there.

    You're doing so well! I find it very hard to travel and keep up with MFP, let alone keep up my workouts and eat right. Whether you meet that 182 lb goal or not, you've come a long way. Keep reaching for it! :drinker:
