1/2/12 - 282 (but I know I have been over 300Lbs)
2/24 SW (on MFP)-272
3/2 - 259
3/9 - 256
3/16 - 246
3/23 - 242
3/30 - 238
4/6 - ? Hopefully 235... But I am at the point that I always hit the wall, so we will see.
12/25 - GW - 205
So far... So good

    :noway: Those are Biggest Loser type losses! I see your exercises every day and you're definitely getting the results you deserve! Keep it up. There are ways to deal with a plateau... but deal with that when you get there! :drinker:
