Adjusting calorie intake??? Very confused
this morning I weighed in on MFP. Then a question pops up. If I wanted to recalculate my exercise and calorie goals because I've lost ten lbs since my original weigh in. I said no. Should I have??? Help. Need advice.
It's recommended that I eat 1220 calories a day. I'm eating breakfast lunch and dinner. The problem is that I'm not reaching the calories set for me. I'm not starving.
