this morning I weighed in on MFP. Then a question pops up. If I wanted to recalculate my exercise and calorie goals because I've lost ten lbs since my original weigh in. I said no. Should I have??? I've only been tracking my intake for about a week and most of the first five lbs were baby weight. I just gave birth 5 weeks ago. Please help with a lil advise. Thanks

I wouldn't worry! Its probably because you are losing weight quicker than the goals you set. As you say most of it is baby weight anyway!

It will ask you that with every ten pounds you lose. As you lose weight you also reduce calories a little until you are ready to maintain. I would say yes if you want to continue with whatever weight loss goal you have set. MFP will not let you go below 1200 though.
