Hey fellow MFP's i'm looking into buying myself a pair of Vibram five finger shoes the model i would like to buy is the KomodoSports LS so im basiaclly wondering if this would be a good shoe i would mostely use it for running and p90x2

I've lost 34 lbs in 2 months and 2 weeks :D
My starting weight on my weight loss journey was 197.5 lbs and now i weigh 163 lbs :D but i still got about 20 lbs left :laugh:

Yesterday i stepped on the scale and the weight showed 169 lbs and finally im under the catagory '' normal weight '' since ive started on this site since the 10th of january ( had to switch account ) i have lost 28 pounds :D ! atleast 19 pounds left to go or maybe more haha btw im 5'10
