Yesterday i stepped on the scale and the weight showed 169 lbs and finally im under the catagory '' normal weight '' since ive started on this site since the 10th of january ( had to switch account ) i have lost 28 pounds 
! atleast 19 pounds left to go or maybe more haha btw im 5'10
