This is what i've done ive always stayed under my calorie goal since day 0 ( jan 10 2012 ) also i've been working out but latley i have been slacking alot haha but mostly what i do now is lift weights haha thats all the tips i have my age might be a factor tho and btw im 5'9 feel free to add me ill maybe add a picture but at 40 lbs lost i will deff do it
