I'm just starting to get back into spin classes. I want to tone my legs, thighs and butt. I have stalled in my weight loss and in turn it has made me lose my motivation. For those that are active spinners, is 5 times a week too much? Much love, Laura

Hello! I just signed up for the CMR race in April. I'm very excited but also very nervous about training for it. I have never been a fan of running. My lungs hurt, my sides hurt, I breathe funny. Recommendations for scales
I need some recommendations for a very accurate scale. I have a digital one and I can weigh myself five times in one minute and each time I will get a different reading, so very frustrating! I would prefer a digital scale but I'm open to any and all suggestions! Thanks!

Hello! I'm usually just a lurker on this board but was wondering if anyone could offer any information regarding supplemental shakes. Does anyone recommend this?
