Spinning

I'm just starting to get back into spin classes. I want to tone my legs, thighs and butt. I have stalled in my weight loss and in turn it has made me lose my motivation. For those that are active spinners, is 5 times a week too much?

    I spin 4-5 times a week just because I love it, with different instructors all the time so the music and muscle burn changes...

    look here at some other workouts. she has great, targeted workout plans
