Hey everyone! I've got a very weak right leg due to a bad accident back in December. I'm looking for something I can do indoors that will get my heart rate up without blowing out my knee any worse than it already is. Does anyone have any ideas?
I'm currently doing the three snacks, two meal shakes, and one real meal died. I'm using a shake powder from a local grocery store for my shakes and trying to stick to straight fruit/veggie, lean protein, and breads for my snacks. Has anyone else tried this died or are they trying it currently? If so is it working out well…
Hello World, I was in a car accident in December and as a result have a bum leg. I can stand to do exercises but squats, running, jogging, bike riding, etc are all out of the question until my leg rebuilds enough muscle. Does anyone have suggestions for what I could do to boost my cardio output even though i have a bad leg?
