Sugar in tea
I drink quite a lot of tea, probably between 2-6 cups a day, and I have always had two sugars in each cup. I do include the calories for each cup in my daily calories. Is weight loss more visible when you're slimmer?
I know this probably sounds odd, but, for example, at my heaviest, when I'd have lost five pounds, it wouldn't have been very obvious. Now that I am within 15-20 pounds of my goal weight, will each weight loss/mini goal/etc show more? I hope this makes sense!
