Building vs toning vs losing weight?
I'm in a personal trainer program and they recommend me to eat lots of proteins, and around 1400-1800 cals a day.. however I haven't seen ANY changes in 2 months!! Now i decided to go 1200 cals to see if anything happens... any recommendations??

How do I reach 20g of protein per meal?
Hi protein eaters! I want to have an intake of at least 20g of protein per meal; but the nutritionist told me to have only 1 prot shake per day and I don't like peanut butter! Any good (and yummy) recommendations? (besides chicken breasts!)
