Need a variety of protein sources
Nutritionist recommends I need to have about 100g of protein a day evenly spaced out (a third in the morning, a third mid-day, a third at dinner). Any ideas on ways to make meals have 30-40g of protein so that I'm not living off of eggs, chicken, and greek yogurt? Any suggestions/help welcome!!!

10lbs in 2 months - is it possible?
I weight 126 and would like to weigh around 115, which i've been most comfortable weighing in the past - its healthy/normal but without extra chub. please no comments about not starving myself - does anyone have some realistic tips on doing this in 2 months? i know it'll be intense but i think it can be done healthily.…
