Has anyone heard/have done a 3-Day fruit juice clense or diet?
This is my first day on myfitnesspal and I have realized that i have lots of calories i can still use. Before i had dinner tonight I had 1000 calories I could still eat. Is this alright? What are things full of protein?
Know of any Breakfast drinks to hold me over till lunch? Protein Powder? Whey Powder?
