I take Tilapia and season with salt/pepper and bake 375 degrees for about 10 min depending on how thick the filet is. Drizzle a little lemon juice on after cooked.
Kale - You can make Kale chips by washing your Kale and taking the stem off. Lay Kale on cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray and salt/pepper. Bake at 400 degrees until desired crispness. Watch carefully because it does burn easily. Gives you the salt and crunch I miss from potatoe chips.0 -
I like kale best simply sauted in a little olive oil and garlic, then topped with a little reduced sodium soy sauce. It's also really good chopped and stirred into beans and rice or into a marinara sauce served over pasta or squash. Or in an omelette with a little mozz chs.0

I've never cooked Kale but I take Tilapia and place it in one of those steamer bags, it's either Glad or Ziploc, with some Mrs. Dash Salt Free seasonings and place it in the microwave about 3-4 minutes.0
