Breakfast Drinks?

Know of any Breakfast drinks to hold me over till lunch?
Protein Powder? Whey Powder?

    a shake i make EVERY day contains:
    whey protein (quick absorbing protein though, casein protein is probably what you are looking for?)
    instant oats (its just porridge (or oatmeal if you arent irish) ground up into powder, its slow release)
    nesquik (you should know what that is)
    low-fat milk

    My favourite for awhile there was Vanilla whey protein with oatmeals, frozen apples (skin included) and yogurt! Soo yummy and held me over until lunch time!

    Well, bluebonnet is a GREAT protein powder. But I like drinking the 'Naked Juice: Green Machine' which is a fruit and veggie combo and if I drink that for breakfast I have no snacking craving till lunch. It is awesome :)
