I am not getting all my calories in for the day and I am trying to figure out some good snack ideas. I don't want to eat foods just to eat the calories but I need more! Any snack ideas that seem to work for people?

I am an avid walker who walks/run at least 3 miles a day/6 days a week. I have also started doing Ripped in 30 in addition to that, I need to strengthen and tone. Is this too much exercise in day? My net calories is 1200 for the day. If I eat 1200 calories for the day but burn 400 in exercise, does that mean I need to eat more?
