Extra Calories

When I have completed my food and exercise logs for the day, it says "*You've earned 369 extra calories from exercise today"
My question is, is that a good thing or a bad thing? I have been struggling with losing about 10 pounds I gained back from last time I lost weight. People are telling me I am not eating enough. Does this extra 369 calories mean I should be eating more or are the extra calories a good thing?
Thanks for any help!

Everyone's body is different. If I were you, I'd experiment with the amount of calories you consume each day and analyze your results over time. I usually eat most of the calories I earn.0
