plateau?
I have been keto-ing lchf for 1.5 years. However, I've been "stuck" at 200+/- 5 lbs for about 3-4 months now. Have done 2(!) fat fasts. Count calories and macros and exercise 6-7 days/ week 30-90 min/day. I have MS, so I'm only able to do so much exercise-wise. Any ideas for me? I average 15-20 TOTAL carbs/day. Thanks, Von
