First SL workout today
Hello everyone! I had my first SL workout today. I have not lifted heavier weights in a while so I just used the bar for weight. I am obese so I did do 10 minutes of walking on a treadmill and 10 minutes on the bike. I am looking forward to continuing this journey.

Calorie limit questions

Meal Plan
I was recently diagnosed as having Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome(PCOS). The Dr. gave me a diet plan to follow but it has a recommended total calories of 1976 per day.
